Model DJI Ronin-SC Pro Combo
The Ronin-SC Gimbal is a lightweight 3 axis gimbal controlled from a smartphone app.
Important Controls and Features
Power Switch - Located on the right side of the grip.
Joystick - Located in the center of the grip and used to control the gimbal’s motors.
Trigger- Holding the trigger locks the camera into place. Double tap to recenter the camera.
M Button- Press to switch between modes.
Camera Control Button- Used to control an attached camera.
DJI Ronin App- Required to use and balance the gimbal. The app also includes walkthrough tutorials.
Motors
Tilt Motor- The top motor. The tilt motor controls the tilt of the gimbal.
Roll Motor- The middle motor. The roll motor swings from left to right.
Pan Motor- The bottom motor attached to the grip. The pan motor controls the 360 pan.
Locks- Every motor has a lock which must be unlocked to use the gimbal.
Mounting the Camera
- Attach your camera to the dovetail plate using the attached screw.
- For small lightweight cameras and cameras with large lenses, attach the included riser to the dovetail plate.
- Secure the dovetail plate to the camera mounting plate, then secure the safety lock.
