Setting up the Mini Play
The Akai can either be battery-powered or plugged into a computer with its USB slot for use with compatible software.
Important Buttons
Octave Button - With these two buttons you are able to raise the keyboard's notes either higher or lower based on your preference.
Keys Button- In conjunction with the knob above it you are able to choose which instrument is assigned to the keys
Drums Button- In conjunction with the knob above it you are able to choose which Drum or Effect sound you’d like to play on the beatpad.
Volume Knob- Found on the top right of the keyboard you can choose how loud or quiet the Akai Mini will play.
