Borrowers must be 18 or older, have a CRRL library card, and agree to the Guidelines for Borrowing and sign a Lending Agreement.
Items must be picked up from and returned to IdeaSpace at 1616 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, VA during open hours.
Late Fees- $10 a day. Items are considered lost after one week overdue.
Questions and Answers
Do I need to power it on?
There’s no need to power the mic on. It’ll automatically activate upon being attached to your device.
What kind of recording apps can I use?
The Rode VideoMic will work with all preloaded voice apps on Android and IOS devices, as well as any you might install from the App Store. The mic will also work while filming video.
What’s the fuzzy part for?
The fuzzy sleeve covering the microphone is called a windscreen, or blimp. The windscreen protects the microphone and helps block out background noise. Please keep the windscreen on the microphone.
How can I listen to my recording as I record?
You can attach your headphones to the back of the microphone while recording.
